Surrounded by the lake, the villa is different for its relaxing atmosphere. Right on the lake in the municipality of Brezzo di Bedero, this charming house, thanks to its clever distribution, offers comfortable and practical interiors. The villa is spread over three floors: on the lake floor we find the dock with two bunks, a bathroom with shower, a dressing room and an area that can be converted into a gym. Upstairs is a completely independent apartment with three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a splendid terrace of 50 square meters, which adjoins the patio / garden where there is a barbecue; From here you have easy access to a private beach. In the other two floors there are five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a study and the possibility to have a kitchen on each floor. The villa is now divided into three independent units and rented, but if necessary communicate through two internal and external stairs. Of great interest and pleasantly surprising are the beautiful terraces with stunning views of the lake (from Cannero in Stresa), where you can enjoy pleasant moments. The villa is located just a few minutes drive from the center of Luino and Lavone.
